About Me
I grew up in upstate New York where my mom owned a deli. I spent a lot of my childhood helping her prep and bake. I have always enjoyed cooking and have spent a lot of years in the food service industry. I began baking sourdough bread simply because I was interested in the hype and quickly learned how much I enjoy it.
I started making bread for fun and then started to experiment with different recipes and learned about all the different ways to use sourdough starter. I am very excited to share some delicious breads and incorporate flavors from my hometown mixed with some of St. Louis favorites.
